Job summary

Amazon seeks a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead complex HVAC/MEP projects inside Global Engineering Services—Sustainability & Automation. You will own roadmaps, drive capital plans, and collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet sustainability goals.

You will travel up to 50% regionally and guide projects from concept through commissioning, balancing technical rigor with business value in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years HVAC and mechanical systems experience in industrial/building environments.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience with building management systems and energy efficiency projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver capital projects for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Develop roadmaps for energy efficiency and lifecycle improvements.
• Manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and compliance teams.
