Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC Controls and EMS systems; HVAC building automation systems experience preferred.
• Experience with large university maintenance operations or multi-building setups.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management of campus HVAC systems and resources.
• Oversee project proposals to ensure best practices for efficiency and maintainability.
• Perform cost accounting, time reporting, work orders, and purchasing to enable data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with customers, staff, and leadership on HVAC activities.
