A Day in the Life of a Residential New Construction HVAC Superintendent: You will serve as the liaison among mechanics, builders, and office staff, overseeing technical performance and inspiring pride in your team. Ensuring safety and quality, you confirm proper procedures, manage materials, evaluate work quality, and address project challenges. Ultimately, you are responsible for project profitability and timely completion, with satisfaction from exceeding revenue, quality, and deadline goals.
