Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as HVAC Superintendent or equivalent overseeing commercial mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, equipment installation, controls, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and manage subcontractors and self-perform crews.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Maintain schedules, safety, quality, and productive progress on multiple project sites.
