Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions seeks an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial and multifamily projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This leadership role emphasizes safety, quality, team development, and delivering top‑notch project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction and a track record of directing foremen, subcontractors, and crafts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Prior HVAC Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, equipment installation, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for commercial and multifamily HVAC construction projects.
• Supervise Foremen, technicians, craft professionals, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Oversee ductwork, mechanical piping, HVAC equipment installation, controls, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate HVAC installations with plumbing systems and other mechanical trades.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, coordination plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure installations comply with project requirements, mechanical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain project quality and field productivity while meeting critical project milestones.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and scheduling challenges.
• Oversee testing, punch-list completion, commissioning support, and final turnover.
• Develop and mentor Foremen and other field leaders.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading mechanical contractor to identify an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial and multifamily mechanical construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced HVAC field professional who is passionate about safety, quality, team development, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Commercial plumbing and multifamily construction experience are preferred.

• Strong scheduling, coordination, and field leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and productivity.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Commercial plumbing construction experience.
• Multifamily or large-scale residential construction experience.
• Experience overseeing combined HVAC and plumbing scopes.
• Experience coordinating multiple buildings, project phases, crews, and aggressive construction schedules.
