Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial mechanical construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will oversee foremen, technicians, and subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

This leadership role emphasizes mentoring field leaders, reviewing drawings, and delivering projects on time and within specifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience.
• Previous HVAC Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, mechanical piping, equipment installation, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong scheduling and leadership skills; excellent communication.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and field productivity.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial HVAC construction projects.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Oversee ductwork, mechanical piping, equipment installation, controls, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, mechanical codes, project specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with Project Managers and other trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, and coordination plans to ensure proper installation.
• Maintain project quality while meeting production schedules and milestones.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and scheduling challenges.
• Develop and mentor Foremen and other field leaders.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading mechanical contractor to identify an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial mechanical construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities
