AIRO Mechanical in Auburn, AL is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to lead on-site installation projects from start to finish. You will supervise technicians and subcontractors, ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards, and drive schedules and quality across commercial and industrial sites.

Formación

• Proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent in commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
• HVAC-related certifications and licenses a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from planning to execution to meet objectives and client expectations.
• Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
• Ensure HVAC installations comply with project specs, codes, and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor for efficiency.
• Maintain positive client relationships and provide project updates as needed.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project records, daily and progress reports, as-built drawings.
• Assist in monitoring budgets and controlling costs.
