Job summary

The Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Lead to join our Washington, DC area team. You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors on site, and ensure HVAC installations meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

You will communicate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients, uphold jobsite safety, and mentor foremen and technicians to grow our next generation of leaders within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience in commercial or institutional construction.
• Strong field leadership and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and mechanical specs.
• OSHA certification and solid safety knowledge.
• Proactive mindset and desire to grow with a high-energy team.
