RK Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent - HVAC Service Division to lead commercial and industrial HVAC service teams in the Salt Lake City area.

You will guide technicians, provide technical expertise, and oversee field operations to deliver safe, efficient service and exceptional customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes mentoring, coordinating service calls, and driving high-quality workmanship with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Experience coordinating technicians, service calls, preventive maintenance, and field operations.
• Working knowledge of HVAC safety requirements, codes, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, training, and mentorship to develop the team.

• Support job walks, estimates, scoping, and identification of additional service opportunities and referrals.
• Coordinate labor, parts, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver quality, profitable service.
• Build strong customer relationships and make timely field decisions that support customers, technicians, and RK.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service professional to provide leadership, technical expertise, and operational support for our growing commercial and industrial service teams. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring HVAC technicians, providing technical guidance, supporting customers, and driving safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution.
