Job summary

RK Industries seeks a seasoned Superintendent for the HVAC Service Division to lead field operations for commercial/industrial service teams; oversee technicians, mentor staff, ensure safe, efficient service delivery and strong customer relations.

Coordinate service calls, start-ups, inspections, scope work, and manage labor, parts, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver quality, profitable service while upholding RK standards and safety codes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs.
• Experience coordinating technicians, service calls, preventive maintenance and field operations.
• Working knowledge of HVAC safety requirements, codes and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, customer service, leadership and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service professional to provide leadership, technical expertise, and operational support for our growing commercial and industrial service teams. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring HVAC technicians, providing technical guidance, supporting customers, and driving safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution.

What You'll Lead

• Lead commercial and industrial HVAC technicians in safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, training, and mentorship to develop the team.
• Coordinate service calls, maintenance, start-ups, inspections, field teams, and customer needs.
• Review open calls, field work, and documentation for timely completion and compliance with RK standards, contracts, codes, and safety requirements.
• Support job walks, estimates, scoping, and identification of additional service opportunities and referrals.
• Coordinate labor, parts, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver quality, profitable service.
• Build strong customer relationships and make timely field decisions that support customers, technicians, and RK.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
