Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years experience operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.
• Fingerprinting required; fee paid by candidate.
• Official transcripts submitted as part of application.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, heating systems and related equipment across campus facilities.
• Exercise independent judgment and handle standby duties on weekends/after-hours as needed.
