Job summary

Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. in Mount Crawford, VA seeks an experienced HVAC professional to join our team as Special Projects Lead Tech.

You will oversee installation, startup and commissioning of commercial/industrial systems and lead training for project staff. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HVAC installation experience, a high school or trade school diploma, a Journeyman license (preferred), OSHA 10, and strong diagnostic and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school or trade school graduate or GED.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required as a minimum.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience of HVAC installation.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
