Job summary

Integrated Cooling Solutions (ICS) is a leading commercial HVAC manufacturer representative firm. We seek an experienced HVAC Sales professional to support estimating, design assistance, equipment sourcing, pricing, and forecasts while delivering technical presentations to customers.

You will generate and qualify leads, prepare quotations, manage service agreements, and collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery, while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of HVAC sales experience is required.
• Proficiency with CAD, CRM, ERP, and MS Office tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with estimating, design assistance, equipment sourcing, pricing, and forecasts.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and applications.
• Generate, follow up on, and qualify sales leads.
• Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate sales terms, and manage service agreements.
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
