Job summary

HVAC RNTL in New Jersey is seeking a dependable Shop Foreman to manage warehouse operations, inventory, staging, and repairs to ensure rapid deployment in emergencies. You will lead shop technicians and coordinate equipment movements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC or rental equipment, a high school diploma, forklift experience, and strong organization and communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work after hours when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or rental equipment operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of HVAC equipment and materials.
• Stage and test equipment for repairs and deployment.
• Direct shop technicians to complete tasks on schedule.
• Operate forklifts and move equipment safely.
• Inspect equipment after job sites and report maintenance needs.
• Support field installations and breakdowns as needed.
• Represent the company professionally on-site.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
