Job summary

HVAC RNTL in the United States is seeking a Field Service Support to ensure timely delivery, setup, maintenance, and retrieval of HVAC rental equipment. This hands-on role requires customer focus, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced field environment.

You will operate company vehicles up to 26,000 lbs, install portable cooling at commercial sites, maintain inventory, and coordinate with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and valid driver's license.
• Must pass a DOT medical exam and have a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• Experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, math and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute delivery and pickup schedules for HVAC rentals.
• Safely operate company vehicles up to 26,000 lbs to transport equipment.
• Install and set up portable cooling equipment at commercial sites.
• Inspect, clean, and perform basic repairs to ensure readiness.
• Maintain inventory and track units using inventory software.
• Equipment handling with forklifts as needed and maintain a safe environment.
