Required Qualifications

• Proven background in commercial HVAC ductwork fabrication within a professional shop setting, specifically with light gauge materials.
• Current AWS D1.1 Welding Certification.
• Demonstrated capability to perform independent layout, forming, and assembly of duct systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of fabrication techniques, including gauges, seams, joints, and duct fittings.
• Proficiency in performing trade-related math and reading a tape measure with high accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex shop plans and fabrication drawings to guide your work.
• Competence in the safe operation of standard sheet metal fabrication tools and machinery.
• Reliable professional with a strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.
