Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and Assembly: Measure, mark, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal for HVAC components.
• Installation: Install fabricated sheet metal components, ductwork and industrial systems.
• Repair and Maintenance: Inspect, repair or replace damaged sheet metal parts with safety focus.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read blueprints and work orders to determine requirements and materials.
• Joining Techniques: Use welding, soldering, riveting or brazing to assemble components.
• Quality Control: Inspect work for accuracy and test systems for performance and safety.
• Documentation and Communication: Maintain records and coordinate with supervisors and team members.
