Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Sheet Metal/HVAC Foreman to lead onsite installation of ductwork, equipment, and ventilation systems on commercial and industrial projects. You will guide crews, coordinate layouts, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion within budget.

Work closely with project managers and field engineers, applying knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and jobsite sequencing to resolve issues and deliver precise, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with building codes and current regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe work environment and supervise RK crews.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily activities.
• Ensure on-time project completion within budget.
