Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Waco, Texas, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to deliver top-quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling solutions. Earn $27/hour starting, with top techs at $40+/hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements include HVAC school certificate, 2+ years of residential HVAC service, EPA and NATE certifications, a valid driver's license, and tool readiness. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school.
• EPA certification is required.
• NATE certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to invest in basic hand tools.
• Residential HVAC experience, 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling solutions per Danco standards.
• Maintain a professional schedule including Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM with possible overtime.
• Support ongoing training, training certifications, and career advancement opportunities.

Pay:

$27.00/hr starting, depending on experience. Top-performing technicians earn $40.00/hr and higher with spiffs and performance bonuses.
