Earn $27.00/hr starting, with top technicians reaching $40+/hr, plus a range of benefits and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Universal EPA Certification (required).
• NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Willingness to invest in your own basic hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling solutions according to Danco company standards.
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional evenings, weekends or overtime as needed.

Pay:

$27.00/hr starting, depending on experience. Top-performing technicians earn $40.00/hr and higher with spiffs and performance bonuses.
