Job summary

Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Waco, Texas is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to deliver high-quality heating and cooling solutions for residential and light commercial needs. The role offers a clear growth path, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture.

Starting pay is $27.00/hr with top technicians earning $40.00/hr and higher plus bonuses; schedule Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Universal EPA Certification (required).
• NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Willingness to invest in your own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling solutions according to Danco company standards.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon conditional offer of employment.
