Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Waco, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer. You will perform residential installations, follow manufacturer specs and local codes, and ensure safe, clean job sites while communicating clearly with customers and team members.

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations according to Danco's standards of excellence.
• Install new HVAC systems following manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they arise.

Compensation & Schedule

• Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
• Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
• Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)
