Job summary

Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Waco, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial installations. • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they arise.

Compensation & Schedule

• Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
• Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
• Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)
