Job summary

Frantz Plumbing & Heating, based in Biglerville, PA, seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to perform residential and light commercial service, repairs, installations, maintenance, and diagnostics. You will work directly with customers, explain options clearly, and ensure every job is completed safely and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC service.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting expertise.
• Excellent customer communication and service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedule.
• Familiarity with tablets or mobile devices for work orders.
• Follow safety codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service, repairs, installations, maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Explain repair and replacement options clearly to customers.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Maintain knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Work with customers and document work orders using mobile devices.
• Adhere to all codes and manufacturer specifications.
