Frantz Plumbing & Heating is seeking a General Laborer to support our plumbing and HVAC technicians on residential and commercial projects in Biglerville, PA. You will assist with installations, loading and organizing tools, and job-site prep while learning to advance within the trades.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Willing to follow safety procedures.
• Interested in developing a career in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers and HVAC technicians on job sites.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
• Assist with plumbing, heating, and HVAC installations and repairs.
• Assist with excavation and job-site preparation.
• Clean and maintain job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools as trained.
• Move equipment and materials.
• Help with demolition and removal of old equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow directions from lead technicians and supervisors.
• Learn the skills necessary to advance within the plumbing and HVAC trades.
