Job summary

Service Wizard, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with a fast-paced team and report to the Service Manager, with overtime opportunities as needed. The role requires 2–5 years of HVAC experience, a valid HVAC license and driver’s license, and a willingness to work full shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems, analyze issues, estimate costs, and advise customers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose with proper planning for procedures.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Document services, parts used, and recommendations in records.
