Job summary

Service Wizard in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our field team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, prepare written cost estimates, and provide clear customer recommendations.

You must have 2–5 years of HVAC experience, a valid HVAC license, and a driver's license. The role reports to the Service Manager, requires overtime, and involves residential field work with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ HVAC technician experience (installation experience a plus).
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver's license required.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem solving, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems and prepare cost estimates.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and plan work procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and recommend ongoing care.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain safety standards.
• Document services performed and parts used for records.
