Qualifications

• HVAC technicians must diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required to present effective recommendations to customers.
• Customer service and satisfaction are prioritized in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently handle at least 50lbs.
