Job summary

Ball Heating & Cooling in Biloxi, MS is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This in-person role offers hourly pay plus commission, with uncapped earning potential and strong benefits.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, present equipment recommendations, and emphasize outstanding customer service. We provide ongoing training, a path for growth, and a stable family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Type II license or certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
