Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is hiring a full-time Certified HVAC Service Technician to start a rewarding career in heating and cooling. You will inspect systems, discuss options with homeowners, and perform repairs and maintenance with an emphasis on quality and customer care.

Typical hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and on-call shifts. Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, plus a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Connecticu t HVAC license (B, D or S) required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Ability to travel throughout Hartford and Tolland Counties.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients’ homes to assess heating and cooling needs.
• Diagnose issues and explain service options to homeowners.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance after homeowner approval.
• Provide high-quality work and respectful customer service.
