Qualifications

• 3+ years residential service experience.
• EPA Universal License required.
• NATE certified preferred.
• Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Demonstrate leadership willingness and responsibility.
