Qualifications

• 2–5 years residential HVAC service experience required.
• EPA and/or RMGA in hand.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Educate homeowners on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and IAQ systems.
• Prepare accurate proposals and guide customers through decisions.
• Track activities and referrals using CRM software.
• Generate leads through service calls and company resources.
