Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years HVAC operation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, installation techniques, electrical circuits and wiring, motor principles, and local electrical codes.
• Effective communication with internal team and customers.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and controls for safe operation.
• Perform routine repairs to pump seals and bearings.
• Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Discuss heating-cooling issues with customers.
• Record faults and time/materials on work orders.
• Install thermostats and related controls.
• Assemble, position, and mount HVAC equipment.
