Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand and power tools.
• Build client relationships through outstanding service and communication.
• Educate clients on system maintenance requirements and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve home comfort systems through product overview.
• Document service performed and recommendations in forms, reports, logs and records.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.
