Position Overview

We seek an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician Lead with a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and an active EPA Certification to join our team in Savannah, GA.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating/air conditioning, refrigeration, and food service equipment with accuracy
• Perform maintenance, install new units, and replace parts for systems 15 tons and above
• Manage larger preventative maintenance contracts
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls
• Service mini-splits and smaller RTUs
• Work on boilers, chillers, VFDs, VRFs, and chilled water systems
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure job completion
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
• Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• EPA Certification
• 7+ years in commercial HVAC
• OSHA 10 & 30 Certifications
• Manufacturer Certifications
• Flexible hours and on-call availability
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
