Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician - Journeyman to join our team. Our technicians deliver top-tier customer service by performing service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements as needed, 24/7. The ideal candidate will make quality repairs promptly, maintain equipment to high standards, and foster trusting relationships with clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Service, repair, and propose replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, duct systems, and related piping and electrical components.
2. Service and startup equipment, ensuring it meets manufacturer and job specifications.
3. Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve issues preventing proper equipment operation.
4. Communicate with customers about operation and maintenance of installed equipment, answering questions about features and functions.
5. Complete documentation for each service call, including recommendations, repairs, readings, and observations. Obtain client signatures and process payments as directed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• EPA 608 Universal License
• OK Mechanical Journeyman License
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices such as Smartphone and iPad
• Flexible schedule availability
