Salary: $30.00-$35.00/hr to start + $1,000 sign-on bonus!

We are seeking motivated HVAC/R technicians to build an exciting career in refrigeration and HVAC across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
2. Conduct system inspections and perform preventative maintenance.
3. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC equipment.
4. Clean and replace filters, belts, and other components.
5. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
6. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
7. Maintain accurate service records.
8. Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
9. Participate in on-call and emergency service calls as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman HVAC license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 4 years of HVAC service experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb, work at heights, in tight spaces, and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work at a consistent pace and complete multiple service calls daily.
• Strong understanding of building codes and mechanical regulations.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration is a plus.
• Experience with boiler operations and maintenance is preferred.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-call rotations and emergency call opportunities for extra earnings.
