Job summary

Comfort Wave in Oklahoma City is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair home heating and cooling systems. You will communicate clearly, present options, and deliver five-star service while building trust with customers.

This role offers market-value compensation, uncapped bonuses, a company vehicle, PTO, 401(k) with match, and training opportunities. Journeyman license is required; NATE certification is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Journeyman HVAC license or higher; apprentice considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Explain options and provide clear recommendations to customers.
• Document services performed and recommendations in logs/records.
• Complete tasks in line with quality and safety standards.

What Will I Do?

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems


• Operate hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors


• Provide outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills


• Educate your customers on their systems and maintenance requirements


• help customers identify areas to improve their home comfort systems


• Document services performed and recommendations made by filling in logs and/or records


• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Do I have What it Takes?

• Journeyman license in HVAC (Apprentice accepted for other positions)


• NATE-Certified is a huge plus!


• Applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving- insurability requirements; however, candidates who are 19 or older may be considered with a clean driving record.


• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus!


• Mechanical aptitude


• Some knowledge in electrical or plumbing is preferred but not required


• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
