Job summary

Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a range of HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.

The role requires responsive service, clear communication with customers, and strict adherence to safety standards. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are essential; formal HVAC training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform hands-on Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control issues in heating and cooling equipment.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction through professional communication, punctuality, and respectful service.
• Valid EPA certification (or eligibility to obtain) for handling refrigerants in compliance with regulations.
• Previous experience as an HVAC service technician or installer, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
• Knowledge of HVAC safety standards, local codes, and best practices for system installation and service.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and complete accurate service documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal HVAC training or technical school education is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, climbing, working in varied environments).
