About the Role:

As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.

HVAC Service Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential problems after they escape.
• Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system improvements.
• Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
