About the Role

• Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliances in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
• Delivers various communications to residents as neededProvide the best quality customer service to our residents
