Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC technician for residential and light commercial service at the Linthicum, MD area. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, EPA and safety certifications, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations, document work using handheld devices, and collaborate with dispatch to ensure timely service while promoting company products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• Valid licensing/certifications as required by local laws.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Record information on customer calls using handheld device.
• Promote products and services to customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dispatch to report status and needs.
