Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician II to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment at a Linthicum Heights location. You will communicate with customers, discuss findings, and promote our products and services while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC with a valid driver's license, EPA and safety certifications, and the ability to read wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience (2+ years) with strong diagnostics.
• EPA certifications and safety training.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial diagnostic and service work.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Promote products and services to customers; collect payments.
• Communicate with dispatch and maintain accurate status.
• Ensure company vehicles/tools are maintained and accounted for.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
