Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, diagnose issues, complete maintenance, and promote services to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience and EPA/safety certifications, with a valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience with technical training certification
• Must have Mechanical Journeyman EPA and safety certifications
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical/refrigerant systems
• Able to safely climb ladders and carry tools in varied environments
• Flexible hours and on-call availability required

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous and professional manner
• Complete routine maintenance, inspect equipment, and prepare reports and paperwork
• Promote products and services and coordinate with dispatch for status updates
