Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must have valid licensing or certifications as required by law.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems promptly and accurately.
• Diagnose and service HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Deliver parts and equipment to complete service work.
• Record information using handheld device and complete paperwork neatly.
• Communicate with dispatch to report status.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Maintain professional conduct and company vehicle stock.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
