Job summary

Service Experts in Florida is seeking an HVAC Service Technician II to handle residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls. You will diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation and related equipment, with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Candidates bring 2+ years of HVAC experience, a high school diploma or GED, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license. This role requires safety awareness, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training.
• EPA certification and state/local licensing as required.
• 2+ years HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
• Record call data with handheld device and handle paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates.
• Promote products/services and generate replacement leads.
• Ensure company vehicles/tools are stocked and accounted for.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
• Follow procedures and maintain vehicle stock; return defective parts to branch.
