Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician II in Scarborough, ME. Under general supervision, you will diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, communicate with customers to resolve questions, promote products, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You report to the Field Supervisor or General Manager and operate at the Scarborough location. You will work with a team, follow standard procedures, and participate in company training programs to advance your

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
