Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years’ experience.
• Licensing/certification as required by local laws for the area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Skilled servicing of heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Work on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent failures.
• Complete paperwork, collect payments, and report statuses to dispatch.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and stock; ensure reliability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and upsell when appropriate.
