In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance for commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities will increase with experience and skill development. Equipment includes rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers.

What You Will Do
- Perform maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment, including cleaning, replacing filters, belts, and lubricating.
- Repair and replace defective components or wiring in various HVAC systems.
- Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Conduct warranty service inspections and testing.
- Guide Level I technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Learn centrifugal rebuilds from senior technicians.
- Record billing, inventory, and reports promptly.
- Communicate with customers about service status and explain technical info clearly.
- Participate in training and maintain certifications.
- Uphold safety policies and maintain a clean work area.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- HVAC certificate or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Willingness to support emergency calls.
- Required licenses or training as per local laws.
- No visa sponsorship available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial HVAC.
- EPA Universal Technician Certification.
- OSHA 10 certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current first aid/CPR card.

The hourly pay ranges from $26.80 - $41.70 in Florida, depending on skills and experience.
