The technician will perform maintenance, identify issues, and communicate findings clearly to customers while supporting company sales initiatives and upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2–5 years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient with reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical/refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to resolve questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment and perform maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Use handheld devices to record service activities and billings.
• Promote products and services to customers and relay sales leads to the team.
• Maintain safe and organized work area and drive/repair company equipment as needed.
